Still Smiling
I need a coffee drip straight into my arm. So tired, I can barely see. But what a weekend :) this post will be totally summarised cos brain power is low and everything is a struggle!
CBH on Friday night with Nat. The Lobster picked me up from there and took me back to mine for a few hours of fun! Spent some quality time with my flatty on Saturday morning, I’m so glad we’re getting along again. Shopping and sunbaking was a perfect way to spend the arvo, before heading up to Warriewood for Victoria and Greg’s engagement party. It was kinda weird hanging out with old high school “friends”, but I loved seeing Heather and Kaila, as well as Nik and Tor.
Nat and I decided to stop in at the Crowie on the way back. I danced and sang and socialised til 4.30, before crashing in on mum. Met up with an old friend there, JTC. Surprisingly there was a bit of an attraction between us, so when he dropped me at mum’s, we had a bit of a pash. Not bad, not bad at all :) Slept til midday, and just spent a quiet day at mum’s.
Still run down with a cold, so struggling today. But memories of Friday night and the Lobster keep running thru my head and are keeping a smile on my face.
